Audax Private Equity focuses on acquiring new companies and adding value to existing portfolio companies. We hire summer interns and full time analysts annually from a selected group of top undergraduate programs. In addition, we occasionally consider outstanding recent graduates with consulting, investment banking, or private equity experience.

 

Audax Mezzanine focuses on investing in subordinated debt and other junior capital securities of middle market companies. We are interested in candidates with experience in investment banking, corporate banking/ leveraged finance or private equity.

 

Audax Credit Opportunities focuses on investing in debt instruments of leveraged middle market companies, with an emphasis on senior secured tranches. We are interested in candidates with commercial or investment banking experience, other leveraged finance or private equity experience.

 

Audax Operations focuses on providing Audax Group, its portfolio companies and affiliates with first-class legal, HR, finance, IT, and administrative support.

 

 

 

Audax maintains a year-round internship program at the undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate level. We are looking for individuals with excellent academic performance, work ethic and analytical ability, excellent quantitative skills, and relevant experience (based on prior academic and internship work).
