David is a Partner of Audax Private Equity and co-heads the firm’s Business Services practice. He leads investments in medical products and healthcare services, business and industrial services, and specialty distribution, and also helps to oversee the operations and strategic direction of Audax Strategic Capital.

Prior to joining Audax in 2006, David was a strategy consultant at The Monitor Group, a strategic advisory firm in Cambridge, MA. David received a B.S. from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.

Additionally, David is active with the San Francisco chapter of SEO Scholars, which provides educational and career opportunities for underrepresented minority public school students and the St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
