Donald Bramley

Partner, Audax Private Equity

Don is a Partner of Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. He currently co-heads the firm’s Industrial Services & Technology industry specialization, and has historically focused on business services, distribution, specialty chemical, and industrial technology investments. He also helps to oversee the operations and strategic direction of Audax Strategic Capital.

Prior to joining Audax in 2001, Don was a Partner with The Parthenon Group, a strategic advisory firm; a Managing Director with Meredith, Martin & Kaye, an investment management firm; FMC Corporation in their corporate development department; and at Salomon Brothers in investment banking in both New York and Hong Kong.

Additionally, Don serves on the President’s Leadership Council at Middlebury College; as a director of The Wily Network, a not-for-profit focused on college success for students aged out of foster care or homeless; and previously served as a trustee of the Fessenden School in West Newton, Massachusetts, including as board President.

Don received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Middlebury College.
